Applied Developmental Science has published a special issue based on the American Identity Renewed conference that was held in New York City last June. The special issue is called American Identity: Philosophical Foundations, Developmental Perspectives, and Implications for Citizenship Education. Articles in this volume address the issues and challenges of national identity development among contemporary American youth.
